Francis is a fun guy to play. Do him as primary usually. Which means Bela probably gonna molest you willingly or not because of mun favoritism.

Francis is, obviously, willing to be molested, just don't expect it to happen only one-way. (though really, i have no clue what reaction france will have to belarus. i blame my non-existent history knowledge!)

For me, i've always enjoyed reading him more, so i have no idea what my writing is turning out to be. Feedbacks are very very welcomed.
