How had this happened again? Gilbert had been begging him to sneak him out to the bar for weeks, and he'd been saying no just as long. So why, exactly, was he sitting in the lobby of the hospital, keeping watch outside of the bathroom while he waited for the German to change into the pair of clothes that he'd brought him? He sighed, it was a bit annoying when things like this happened....Gilbert was still only getting one beer though.....that he was making sure of.

Out of the corner of his eye he could see Lovino doing....something, he couldn't quite tell what though. He'd had to enlist the technicians help after he'd kicked the heart monitor over in an attempt to turn it off and it had refused to start working again. A few short repairs, and a long yelling session later they'd some how ended up with another member on their little field trip. Not that he was complaining about it of course.

Somehow he got the feeling that this was going to end badly. But the again, he got to drink with one of his friends, leave work early and hit on adorable Italian men. If they didn't get caught and/or fired this would be be a win-win situation.

The Italian frowned as he paced around the corner of the room, trying to calm himself down. He was trying to calm himself down a bit- he was just going out for a drink…nothing too bad. …So why the hell was he feeling so nervous? There was nothing to be nervous about…except getting caught with Gilbert. And even that wasn’t anything he had to worry about too much. That was something that Antonio was going to have to worry about- there was almost no chance in hell that he was going to get fired over this. His grandfather wouldn’t allow it. …But that didn’t stop his stomach from churning at the thought. He rubbed his temples, glancing over at Antonio, feeling a light blush rise to his cheeks.

Goddamn it. No. He couldn’t think about that. This wasn’t a damn date- he was only coming to keep an eye on these two idiots. Nothing else. Besides…Antonio didn’t like him that way. The Italian tried to push his thoughts away but failed when he began to think about Feliciano instead. The younger Italian probably would have loved to have a chance to go out like this… But Goddamn it. He was stuck inside one of these rooms and there was no way he was going to get out anytime soon.

He shouldn’t be going out. He shouldn’t be going and having a good time while Feliciano couldn’t do anything… It wasn’t right. He didn’t have the right to do that. Lovino frowned, stuffing his hands into his pockets as he headed over to tell Antonio that maybe he should back out… but as soon as he got a bit closer, he realized there was no way he was going to be able to say no. Ugh. Stupid Spaniards with their amazing charms…

Lovino was going to go out tonight. Try to forget that he wasn’t going on a date, and… try to have fun. Tomorrow…tomorrow he’d talk to Feliciano and ask for forgiveness for going out, but for now he was going to enjoy himself.

“What the hell’s taking him so long?”

This was going to be quite awesome. Finally, after weeks of persuasion, Tonio was going to take him to the bar. Granted they had to take along that grumpy Italian brat, but still, beer was beer. Just as long as the kid didn't get them caught with his loud mouth. As Gilbert pulled the shirt over his head, he allowed himself a small cackle of victory. It had been too long since he had been let loose into the public, he was going to make this night worth it. There was a slight problem, however. He must have lost weight during his stay at the hospital because the pants that Tonio had given him were too loose. They kept sliding off, but...that shouldn't be too much of a problem, right? He wasn't going to drink standing up anyway.

He exited the bathroom, tossing the hospital garb he had been wearing into a nearby bin before turning to his companions with a smirk. "Let's kick it!"

Antonio grinned when he noticed Lovino approaching him, waving happily. “Ahaha, You look like you're going to a funeral Lovinito~ Its just a drink, lighten up a bit!” He was used to the Italian looking angry, or irritated or some combination of the two, but he usually didn't look this grim...surprisingly enough the alternative actually wasn't that pleasant... The Spanish man smiled, draping an arm over the other mans shoulder. “Don't worry too much, it'll be fun!”

He shrugged, glancing at the bathroom door. “I dunno, maybe he got lost?” Actually, that didn't make very much sense...Unless he'd run off-but that didn't seem very likely either since Gilbert was technically getting what he wanted anyway...oh wait...”Ah, there he is!” He waved, wondered idly why he hadn't thought to bring patient a belt-but hopefully no one would be paying too much attention to what he was wearing....

The Spanish man scanned the room quickly, making sure there were no nurses or anyone else who might object before nodding. “Alright then, lets do it!”

Lovinito...Lovinito... There the bastard was calling him by that nickname. He couldn't remember when exactly the Spaniard had started using it on him...he just knew that Antonio seemed to like it and that it wasn't going to stop anytime soon. "I know I'm not going to a Goddamn funeral," he grumbled, trying to believe Antonio's words. Maybe...maybe he'd feel better after he actually got to the bar and started drinking. It sounded like a decent idea to him.

He let the Spaniard keep his arm around his shoulders for a moment, a dark blush evident on his cheeks. And then, the moment he saw someone coming, he ducked away from Antonio's arm and took a few steps away, grumbling under his breath. His grumbling was cut off when he heard Antonio say that Gilbert was coming and turned to look in the direction of the bathroom.

...Was he pulling his pants up? What the hell? It was a weird sight to behold, but he wasn't going to comment on it... Yet. Maybe he would once he felt a bit better.
"It took you long enough to get ready," he said, stuffing his hands in his pockets as he waited for Antonio to lead the way out. He was the one who came up with this crazy scheme...and Lovino doubted he'd be allowed to drive...

Ludwig was growing anxious. After his daily visit with Feliciano, he’d decided to stop by Gilbert’s room for a quick chat, only to discover that his brother was missing. And not only that, it appeared he’d been missing for quite a while. Was anyone watching the patients in this hospital? But then again, the state of the monitors denoted that he’d had help, so it was likely that Gilbert had received help from someone who worked at the hospital. Was this another escape attempt? Ludwig didn’t think he could take much more of this…

He was so absorbed in his worrying that he almost missed the small group heading for the doors, but he caught them in his peripheral vision just in time. There was no mistaking the silvery-white hair of one of the three; it was Gilbert. One of the other two appeared to be Lovino (the curl was a bit of a giveaway), and if Ludwig had to venture a guess at the third, he would have guessed Dr. Fernandez-Carriendo. It would make sense; he and Gilbert were friends, were they not?

Considering that Gilbert had two escorts, Ludwig suspected Gilbert was sneaking out for the drink he had been begging for. Ludwig didn’t really want to deny his brother a drink after all he’d been through, but it was against protocol, and Ludwig always followed protocol. So he quickened his pace and called out to the trio, “Where do you all think you’re going?”

((Hope you don’t mind if Ludwig comes in and bothers you!))

A funeral? They'd better not be talking about his funeral. Not that he was going to have one, because he was totally not sick and there would be no reason to start planning a funeral for someone who wasn't going to die, right? Well, no matter! Even if he did die, it would be the most awesome funeral ever and they would be invited because even though they gave him a hard time about it, they still took him out for drinks. That made everything alright.

Since it didn't seem like either of them were going to actually move towards the door, Gilbert took it upon himself to head towards the exit. He didn't get very far, because after the first couple of steps, he heard the very distinct voice of his brother calling out to them. Well, that was bad. He had completely forgotten about Ludwig visiting him at night, he must have noticed that there was no one is his bed. With a cough, he turned around. There had to be something he could do, right? "Hey bro, there you are! Just in time too! Want to go get a drink?"

“Then stop looking so grim!” He admonished., squeezing the Italian mans shoulder, amused by how red he'd managed to get in such a short time. So cute....Antonio sighed in disappointment when the other moved away from him, ears straining to hear what it was he was saying. He waved to Gil absently, turning to see what....or who it was that had caught Lovino's attention, but whoever it was didn't seem to be paying their trio much attention.

Part of him wanted to tell Gilbert that he looked a bit ridiculous. But then again, people seemed to like wearing their ants like that nowadays, so it probably wasn't necessary. “Ehehe, I think we're being left!” He informed his companion, chuckling and trying to get the Germans attention.“Hey, wait up!” he called, pulling Lovi along as he moved faster to catch up with the patient.

….And then someone was calling out to them....Darn, they'd been caught! It had been going so well too...He nearly tripped turning around to see who the new comer was- cringing when he realized it was none other than one Dr.Beilschmidt or- more worryingly-Gilbert brother. He stared at his co-worker blankly, searching his brain for some kind of suitable answer. “Uhm......out?”

Lovino looks a bit relieved when Gilbert passed them and started heading towards the door. It looked like they might finally get out of this stupid place. The Italian just wanted to get to the bar and try to drink some of his troubles away…and ignore his two companions. He knew Antonio was going to make it hard, but he was going to try his best… The idiot really didn’t know when to leave someone alone, but that might have been one of his charms…

Speaking of Antonio…while the Italian was lost in his thoughts, the Spaniard began to pull at his arm. His hand slipped out of his pocket and he stumbled along after the Spaniard, trying to regain his footing. He frowned and followed the idiot, not sure if he should do or say anything else. He had wanted to start moving, didn’t he? They were finally getting around to doing that…so shouldn’t he be happy?

Something inside him told him that something bad was going to happen, but the Italian brushed him off. There was no way anything bad was going to happen besides Gilbert getting caught…and so far it seemed like they were going to make it out of the hospital. So why the hell did Antonio stop like that? Lovino walked straight into the idiot, stumbling back a bit as he tried to regain his footing.

And then everything seemed to sink in. They’d been caught. His head turned to look at the man who was running everything…and discovered it was the potato bastard. Why the hell wasn’t he surprised? Lovino had to keep himself from bashing his head into the wall and groaning. What the hell did he want?
“We’re going out. Use your eyes, jackass. And there’s no way in hell you’re coming with us.”

This was supposed to getting away from his problems! Not…adding to them. Goddamn it. If Ludwig took Gilbert’s suggestion…Lovino didn’t want to go anymore.
